Kids in Control Complaints Procedure
The Board of Directors of Kids in Control has nominated Mary Mullan as the company Complaints Officer. Mary Mullan can be contacted at the following address:

The Complaints Officer will receive complaints about any aspect
of Kids in Control operations that is of concern to an employee,
volunteer, participant or parent of participant. All complaints
will be recorded and presented to the Kids in Control Management
Committee, at which point a decision will be made about the
referral of the complaint to Kids in Control Board of Directors
or an appropriate outside agency. There will be strict confidentiality
within this protocol.
